1. Who we are

Name Art Studio is operated by Viraj Padsala ("we", "us"). This policy covers our iOS and Android apps, website, and related name-art services. Features, purchases, advertising, and security checks can differ by platform and app version; the disclosures below apply when you use the relevant feature. For privacy questions or requests, email support@nameartstudio.kysbet.com.

2. Information processed

You do not need a Name Art Studio account for the app's standard creative features. This does not mean that online requests are anonymous. We and our service providers process the following information when you use the relevant features:

  • Creative inputs: names, design descriptions, prompts, and other text you submit to online AI features. A name or prompt can contain personal information; avoid submitting sensitive information or another person's information without permission.
  • Generated content: editable layouts, text layers, asset references, generated designs, request identifiers, and generation status. Online generation results can be stored on our servers so they can be returned reliably and duplicate requests can be handled.
  • Security and technical data: IP addresses, request times, device/app information, error information, request hashes, and usage counters. On iOS, Apple App Attest checks process key identifiers, public keys, attestations, and assertion counters. On Android versions that enable Google Play Integrity, Google processes device and app information to produce integrity tokens and verdicts; our service verifies those tokens and processes request-binding hashes, timestamps, app identity, and app/device integrity and licensing verdicts. These checks support app verification, fraud prevention, quotas, troubleshooting, and service operation; they do not give us your Apple or Google Account password or biometric data.
  • Purchase information: product identifiers, subscription status, and transaction, purchase-token, or entitlement information made available by Apple App Store purchases on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android, where offered. The store used for purchase processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Support information: the name, email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to provide when requesting help.
  • Advertising data: when ads are enabled, advertising SDKs may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, and performance/diagnostic data. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier requires Apple's tracking authorization. On Android, advertising ID access depends on device availability, platform requirements, and your advertising/privacy settings. Advertising processing is subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

3. Artwork, photos, and device storage

Editing projects, downloaded assets, preferences, and drafts may be stored on your device. Saving or selecting images uses the photo picker, media storage, or permissions available on your platform. On iOS, saving to Photos requires the relevant permission. On Android, whether a permission is needed depends on the Android version and the storage or picker mechanism used; respond to any permission request shown by your device. Sharing artwork sends the content you select to the destination you choose, under that service's privacy policy. Saving or sharing an export does not by itself authorize us to read your entire photo library. The template-generation API receives the name and description you submit, rather than automatically uploading your photo library. Device backups and any system synchronization you enable are governed by your device settings and the relevant backup provider, such as Apple or Google.

4. AI processing and moderation

When you use online AI generation, your submitted name and description are sent through our hosted API and generation service to Google Gemini to compose a design and check inputs or outputs for safety. Relevant catalog assets or previews may also be processed. The service may store the returned layout and its text to complete your request and support retries. AI generation is optional; you can avoid this sharing by not using online AI features. Review the in-app AI disclosure and permission prompt before submitting personal information. This policy does not replace any separate permission required in the app.

Google processes data under the terms applicable to the configured Gemini service. We do not promise that a provider never retains inputs or uses them to improve its services; applicable processing depends on the provider's service terms and configuration. See Gemini API terms and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Why we use information

We use information to deliver and save requested designs, download assets, enable purchases and restore entitlements, respond to support requests, maintain and troubleshoot the service, moderate prohibited content, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits. Advertising providers use the data described above to deliver, measure, and, where permitted, personalize ads. Where applicable, our processing relies on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or your consent for activities that require it.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Our infrastructure providers include Vercel (hosting and request delivery), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (primary website support email delivery), FormSubmit (fallback website support email submission), Google Gemini (AI generation and moderation), Apple (iOS App Store purchases and App Attest), and Google Play (Android purchases and, in versions where enabled, Play Integrity app verification). When you submit the website support form, your name, email address, subject, and message are sent through our server to Resend for delivery to our support mailbox. If Resend is not configured or explicitly rejects the request, we send these details to FormSubmit as a fallback. After either provider confirms acceptance, we save the request in Supabase for our support inbox. Ad-supported app versions use Google AdMob and may use Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize through ad mediation. These providers receive information needed for their respective functions; not every provider receives every category of data.

We require providers acting on our behalf to protect personal information consistently with this policy and applicable law. Providers operating their own services also describe their practices in their policies: Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Apple, Google, Meta, and Liftoff.

We do not sell your names, prompts, or artwork to data brokers. Ad-supported features can involve data sharing for personalized advertising as defined by some privacy laws, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the service, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

7. Advertising, tracking, and choices

On iOS, you can control tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can manage advertising ID and available ad privacy controls in your device settings; names and availability vary by Android version and device manufacturer. Refusing tracking permission or limiting advertising personalization does not prevent use of the app's standard creative tools; ads may still appear and process information needed for contextual advertising, measurement, security, or fraud prevention. Where offered, use the app's privacy/consent options to review advertising choices. An eligible ad-removal purchase removes the ads covered by that purchase; it does not stop data processing needed for AI, purchases, or security. You may also review Google's advertising controls.

8. Retention and deletion

Local projects and downloads remain until you remove them or clear the app's data; exported images and backups must be deleted separately. Server-stored generation requests, results, support messages, and security records are retained to provide saved results and retry handling, answer support requests, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. These records are not all automatically deleted when you close or uninstall the app, and some server records currently have no fixed automatic expiry. We assess deletion requests and remove or de-identify information no longer needed, subject to legal, security, and backup retention requirements. Service-provider copies and Apple or Google Play transaction records may follow their own retention requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@nameartstudio.kysbet.com with enough information to locate the relevant record, such as your support email or a generation request ID and approximate date. Do not send passwords, private keys, or payment-card details. We may request proportionate verification, and may be unable to locate a record without an identifying reference. There is no standard user account to close. Deleting app data, uninstalling the app, or requesting deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the store used for purchase.

9. Your rights and consent

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. Contact us using the email above to exercise applicable rights or raise a concern. You may also complain to your local privacy authority. Withdraw device permissions through iOS Settings or Android Settings for the app; withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Stop submitting online AI requests to stop sending new prompts to the AI service.

10. International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Local authorities there may have lawful access. We use reasonable access controls, encrypted network connections, and app-verification measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

11. Children

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion steps. Parents or guardians should supervise use and purchases by minors.

12. Website storage and policy changes

The website uses browser storage for features such as preferences, drafts, and administrative sign-in. Hosting providers receive normal connection and security information when a page is requested. These public legal documents can be read without signing in. We may update this policy as features or practices change; the date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
